What the heck Roblox. Dumbest roblox ban?

I’ve had this in my bio for 6 months I’ve had this in my bio for 6 months how am I getting banned for it now? I decided to check roblox because I havent played it in a while and I’m banned for 1 day because of this. (I’m Dominican, that’s why I put this) This is definitely not the dumbest ban ever, but it’s still a dumb ban.

Can I still get this acc back I’ve been banned on this account for a while now but I decided to try to get it back so is there anyway to get this back cause I got some things in games I would like to have added to my alt.
