BloxBans

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 21, 2026

BloxBans counts Roblox bans that people post publicly. There are no accounts and no ads, and we use Google Analytics to count visits. We never store or show usernames, and if something of yours is here and you want it gone, email us and we'll take it down.

What we collect

Public posts with a Roblox ban screenshot. We look at public posts and replies on X, Reddit and the Roblox Developer Forum that mention Roblox bans. A post only counts if it includes a screenshot of a Roblox ban notice. For those, we keep a short excerpt of the text, the date, a link back to the original, and the ban details read from the screenshot, such as the reason, the length and the review date.

No usernames. We don't store usernames, display names, handles or profile pictures, and we remove usernames people type into their posts. To avoid counting the same ban twice, we keep a scrambled code made from the poster's user identifier. It can't be turned back into the account.

Screenshots aren't kept. Our own software reads each screenshot on our server; nothing is sent to outside services. We keep only the ban details listed above, never the image or the rest of its text, which can include usernames or appeal messages.

Posts that aren't bans are deleted. If a post turns out not to show a ban, we delete it and keep only the post's ID, so we don't look at it again.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (country or city), your device and browser, and the site that sent you here, using cookies (see the Cookie Policy). Google processes this data for us under its own privacy terms, and Google Analytics doesn't store your IP address. You can block it with your browser settings or Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, our servers briefly log things like IP addresses to keep the site running and block abuse. These logs are deleted after 30 days.

What we don't do

No accounts and no ads. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising. Your theme choice (light, dark or system) is saved in your own browser and never sent to us (see the Cookie Policy).

We don't handle Roblox appeals. BloxBans isn't part of Roblox and has no access to anyone's account. We can't file, review, speed up or reverse appeals or bans, and we never ask for passwords, account details or payment. Our appeals guide explains how to appeal with Roblox directly.

Children

Many Roblox players are under 13, so we keep what we collect to a minimum and never store usernames. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think we have some, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

If one of your posts appears here and you'd like it removed, email [email protected] with a link to it or the text shown on our site. We'll remove it, usually within a few days, and you don't need to give a reason.

The original posts belong to the sites they were posted on. Following a link to them takes you to that site, and its own privacy policy applies.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
