I dont want my account to get deleted so I don't know how much I'll play on it after I reactivate it but someone told me you get terminated after you get a ban immediately after a 7 day ban I just want to know if I have to worry about getting terminated or not

what do i do basically my friend got banned in september but he just made an alt so then i keep playing for 2 months but what do you know I GET KICKED OUT AND GET THE SAME EXACT BAN MESSAGE AS HIM EVEN THE TIME IS THE SAME (right before the october outage happens) i try to appeal but i get no human response just a bot saying “you can’t get banned because u made an alt) WHEN I NEVER MADE AN ALT

I cannot use the Roblox launcher because I got termed. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried many different things and none of them seem to work.
