Banned for 1 day for "Harassment"

I got banned for saying that my friend who has autism has autism (more in body text) I already know and knew in the moment that I shouldn't have said it, but should I be worried at all? I see a lot of people getting accounts deleted, and this is my first ever ban. I assume/cope that I'll be fine, but should I be worried?
