Roblox moderation at it again…

My account has been temporarily suspended. Context: I had made a purchase on January 30, 2023, on February 15-16, 2023, my father had canceled my card and my Roblox account was suspended, I contacted Roblox support and support told me that they could not reverse the situation, but they said I should contact the bank. Similar situation for me, I only going to get banned for a day until I tried to appeal but the dumbass bot made my sentence worse and permanently banned my account, a small tip: I don't suggest appealing your account if your chat has the word "pedo"

I contacted Roblox support 2 times, at first I just kindly asked how I got banned, and the response was something like this. At the second appeal, I provided all necessary details and proofs and links of the accessories; but they responded like this; No place ID was specified for either ticket. On the second ticket, they said this moderation action had already been appealed, and they probably never inspected my ticket.
