I've got my account banned, if a sibling went on roblox would my account get deleted due to robloxs new rule?

Yea really weird issue, as shown in the video you can even get banned/warned for just having a baseplate with only the admin panel in the game, regardless I would refrain from using it until further details arise.

Repost w/pic My kiddo (10) got terminated today- he said someone was violating him in a game so he said ‘I’m a kid predator’ to them in the chat (to say they were being inappropriate as in ‘I am a kid, predator’) but he’s been banned under child exploitation. He’s autistic and Roblox is a special interest of years, which he has spent loads of money on so he is devastated. What can I do? We’ve appealed and got bot responses.
