A while ago I got permabanned and my appeal got accepted but I am still banned. I have tried emailing them about it but they havent responded a single time, what do i do?

I understand everything else but what about the one where I say I’m gonna play the game normally So I'm grinding in a game and this person goes out of their way to stop me even tho it didn't affect anyone that much. I get quite angry as you can see but I wanna know how the one about playing normally is harassment. It's my first ban btw (sorry for no screenshot)
I'm not sure what happened? I was banned for 1 day because i was joking with a friend saying, "Oh you're so bad!" and then I was banned for a day. Around 4 hours later I submit an appeal because I thought Roblox would understand that I didn't realize vc was on. Then they proceeded to deny the appeal and ban me for 7 days. does this normally happen?
