Appealed my 3 day ban for saying "fatty" Username cropped out

Need help I have no idea what to do, for now I’m waiting for them to response to my appeal. Which this termination was really random, I had done nothing wrong on the 19, apart from that I was banned for 1 day but that was on the 10th so 9 days before.
