Can someone explain how this happened? I'm so confused how this could have happened in the first place... Is their moderation just this bad?

I'm so confused what's happening, a couple days I got terminated for "Child Exploitation" but I was playing with my friends, and they can vouge that I never or never would do anything to harm or exploit children at ALL. I'm js so confused but no response from Roblox yet. #roblox

Is this even worth appealing? To make a long story short, my account was hacked in December of last year and I had no access for a week, December 26th was one of those days and I only got it back on like the 27th but while my account was banned I guess the hacker had a pre existing ban and now I’m effected and banned cause of it, I’m looking to get my account unbanned and want to know if it’s worth it to even try because this account is 11 years old and from my childhood and has a lot of money…

"Avoid an enforcement taken on another account" Ban who do i go to for something like this.. mine, and my siblings roblox accounts all got deleted for this, neither them or me were using roblox when our accounts got terminated. I have already made an appeal just for it to get almost instantly rejected. the support number hangs up on me when I attempt to call the "other services" department. IDK where else to turn to.. any help?

Update on my Enforcement Ban Hello, I'm still having trouble with my ban, I'm on 65 refused appeals and 3 ticket refusals, I'm beginning to lose hope but I really don't wanna lose my account. I didn't even do anything wrong, I was hacked in July and on September 27th I was banned for something that was out of my control. What else can I say? I've sent proof I was hacked, I sent proof my alts are safe, I sent receipts, and I've sent everything I can find...what can I do? Just keep trying?

Enforcement ban the second time on my main account Today I logged onto Roblox just to find my account got enforcement banned AGAIN, for the second time, during the first time I have succeeded appeal with a human though with no signs of the decision getting reversed, what the heck Roblox, just wondering if this happened to somebody else before and will my appeal be approved again 😞

I was wrongfully terminated 3 months ago (I WAS AFK) and i still havent been contacted 3 months ago i was afk in GAG (grow a garden) with my sister and then boom, randomly terminated? ive made a post when i first got terminated and ive put in several support tickets with little to no reply, and all automatic.
