Termination appeal accepted still not unbanned

What do I even do at this point? Hello, I was banned permanently on November 16th at around 4:00 o clock. I wasnt online or anything. The ban reason: other, inappropriate content/behavior. I am 15 and I dont remember doing anything remotely bad. I have sent emails, calls etc and still nothing. What do i do? I am also device banned and cannot play on my phone. Also nothing appears in the appeals area. Where do I go from here?

Why did I get banned? I literally don't have any alts and I didn't get banned on any of them yet I do have siblings but neither of them got banned aswell they didn't get banned on their alts too So how should I appeal this?

What does this mean? It has said I've been banned but not terminated, but there's no time limit on how long I'm being banned for? Does this mean I've been terminated or it's not announcing how long it's going to be?

I got banned because my little brother got terminated roblox banned my account because my little brothers account got terminated cuz i guess his account was assumed to be an alt of mine or the other way around? we play together from time to time but i really dont understand. (ipad screenshot is little brother) *we got banned at the same time thats why i was led to this conclusion*
