I have the same issue as well. My circumstance is that one of my alternative accounts was terminated for the exact same reason. I have not logged into that specific account for several weeks before logging in recently to find it terminated. I got terminated for what you see in the image (and btw it was 1 refund for fraudulent purchases) and they recently got back to me saying they will only give me a temporary ban and it should say when it ends, first off, it doesn't say when, and secondly, why when I go to account info it says I'm terminated still???
