This is my third time being permanently banned on this account. I have no idea what those two accounts are. Neither of them are mine. I already sent an appeal but I don’t know what else to do. Useless support response after 3 months C.E even if my account ban is anonymous or that I didn't broke any rule, I also suspect this is an automated ban, any suggestions to force them into unbanning it?

Roblox deleted my account from a “linked account” that I’ve never logged into. I came home from work one day, hopped on roblox and boom, account banned. I don’t know who “@ca\*\*\*\*\*” is, I’ve never logged into that account. Sent 3 appeals, they denied 2 of them. Hopefully this next one gets accepted, because I have spent over $300 on this account, and I’ve had it for over 2 years now. If they decline this 3rd attempt, what should I do?

Can you reply to Roblox “no-reply” emails for appeals? I got my Roblox appeal rejected and replied directly to the email asking for a manual review. Is that actually the correct way to do it, or should I submit a new appeal through the support page instead? I’ve seen mixed answers and just want to make sure I’m doing it right.
