I was banned after receiving a refund I was hacked a little over a week ago, and the hackers used my debit card to buy $80 worth of robux on my account and then transferred it to themselves via gamepasses. I was told by my bank to go through roblox first to request a refund, and so I did. Today I got an email stating my refund request was accepted, and should be processed and show up in my bank account in the next 5-10 days or something. I then went to log into roblox only to be hit with t…

Chat ban for 3 days for saying "stupid". What's safe to say now? I called my opponent out for using cheap tactics, and I got a 3 day chat ban. No prior warnings, and I didn't have any prior offenses in text chat. I get Roblox is trying to make their platform less "offensive", but this is absurd. Anyone know of words I can say instead? Maybe "poopy" or "stinky"? Nah too offensive

Just got suspended on roblox for a day because of card captor sakura avatar#@$@?$#???

Y'all think I can get unbanned?🥹 I've been perma-banned from the platform, and I honestly don't know why, but I do have the suspect that it was because of putting music on VC. Do y'all think this appeal is good enough and I have any chance of getting my account of 6 years back? (In the appeal I also wrote something about being sorry for my mistakes and not doing it again, but I wrote that after the screenshot). I sent the appeal minutes after getting banned.

Chat Suspension Bug?? Not sure where exactly this issue would fall under but I’m 99% certain this is a bug with the automated chat system detecting what is “spam” and what isn’t, resulting in a 3-day suspension. While playing Adopt Me trying to trade the neon purrowl I got, I mentioned in chat that I was trading it. All of a sudden, this message pops up. Tried again on an alt thinking maybe it was because I mentioned it twice too soon apart, and that account then got suspended for 3 days. Mind…

I was chat banned for saying a normal phrase in this game? If anyone here has played dolly’s factory or dandy’s world, you know this is something ppl say a LOT.. it’s literally an integral part of playing the game..

What should i do 8th appeal got rejected since i dont log in the account about 3 weeks

I was banned for an alt account that I didn't have. Situation: I'm sitting here, not touching anyone, I go into roblox and I see this. I have no idea who he is, or how I was connected to him. I am writing appeals, I am writing in support, to no avail. What appeal should I write to get it accepted?

Account terminated and group locked for alleged "buying, selling, or trading Robux" Context To give some context. I am, or was an owner of group and the game named alike “Primordial Arts”. I have been an active developer on platform for years. On April 12th 2026 I have recieved an account terminated with reason being “buying, selling, or trading Robux or virtual Roblox items outside of the Roblox website” in which I never engaged, and frankly never planned to. Roblox’s Support lack of care I h…

Account hacked and banned My email account was hacked which led to all my accounts being compromised. They posted inappropriate images on game passes which got me banned. I’ve tried sending multiple appeals explaining that this came from a completely different IP address that has never been used for this account before but the appeals are all being automatically denied, seemingly without them being actually read. Roblox support hasn’t replied for three days now and I’m really not sure what to…

Banned for 7 days cause an image I uploaded is associated with terrorism I uploaded a screenshot of a game I'm working on with friends to roblox for an admin teleport menu and got banned for 7 days. Images 1. Ban 2. Image Uploaded (actual quality) 3. Image Uploaded (higher quality)

Unknown ban On Sunday, I got banned, along side with most of my alts and my exes alts. I have no clue what I could have done wrong that was violent in any way. Before the ban, all I was doing was playing Adopt Me and being kind to people. Giving free pets, making friends, etc. Which lead me to think it could have been an avatar I wore but recently I had only wore cosplays of Caine and Jaoba, nothing inappropriate or violent. Either I was spam reported by someone who I didn’t want to trade on A…
