Permabanned for chargeback I didn't intend to make
So I know chargeback bans are usually seen as 100% your fault, and I get why Roblox is strict about it but I’m in a really frustrating situation and wanted to see if anyone else has some advice on this.
I recently filed a fraud claim with my bank because there were actual unauthorized charges on my account. While trying to deal with that quickly, a broader set of transactions got included in the claim than I meant to, and some Roblox purchas…

Hey @user,
My account '[username]' was banned for an image (Pic 1), but agent Gustavo rejected my appeal by falsely claiming a 'Voice Chat' violation (Pic 2), a feature I don't even use!
This is a clear human error. Please review the real case. #Roblox #Robloxsupport

I was banned after getting a refund
So I don’t share my information with literally anyone that I don’t know in real life and I will delete messages if I need my friend to do something for me that I can’t do so on April 16 at around 1:30 in the morning, I got a Spanish notification I was hacked. I’m in to shut them out but they did spend $100. I filed a support claim to dispute the charges. They did give me my refund back but they banned me in the process for seven days. I feel like this is unf…

Howdy, player since like 2017 here, now normally i wouldn’t complain about anything especially to reddit of all places, but i’d like to note that players whom say out of pocket things like “oh yeah im gonna 🍇 you” are free to roam around on this dog platform, im done. btw friend watched the whole thing can vouch for me that i did absolutely nothing wrong, didnt say any bad words or anything remotely close to whatever i was banned for. but cheers t…

Banned Again for an "Alt" I have no relation to
Hey there, I was hacked a while back and had to go through a bunch of bans. On April 6th, I got banned for an alt account? I don't have a relationship with that account, so I suspected it was related to the hacking incident. I appealed a few times through the bot and got rejected every time, but when I appealed through "appeal content", I got a human response, but it also rejected me. I have a few limiteds on there worth quite a bit. Im a little…
