Five day chat ban for.. split screen? Genuinely baffled and my appeals got auto denied.

Hello @user i woke up to see this and tried to appeal multiple times, yet it always ended up with an automatic message. Idk who this person is or what they have done but im not connected to them, it was a false ban and i request my account to be restored. User:[username] #roblox

Falsely banned. Context:have been banned twice before for cheating,but only 1 of them was because of me.second time i was banned for 7 days because my account was hacked.i have not scripted in like a year unironically, so this came as a suprise or is this a banwave?is there any chance i can get unbanned or prove my innocence? Unban an account? I know this is an absolute crapshoot but when I was like 12 or 13 my account was banned after my auto renew builders club tried to charge my parents credit card \*that had just expired\* back in 2014, I tried to appeal it but hid it from my parents out of shame when they denied it. Need help with banned account Can someone please help me with this issue? I went to open Roblox and came back to see this. I got banned for seemingly no valid reason. I've heard before that if you get banned for something you said in chat, there would be a log, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.
