Someone hacked my account stole money from my credit card and got my account banned. Just as the tittle says, i saw a strange charge on my credit card, then i went to check my roblox account, someone got in, bought i dont know what with my associated credit card, and then uploaded +18 content to get my account banned, when i got in it was already late and my account has been banned, i tried to talk it out with roblox appeal but they do nothing, what do i do?

They didn't even read my appeal I logged into roblox to see my account had been deleted. I appealed because my account is not linked to the account that broke the rules, and my appeal was denied shortly after. I requested further information and they forbade me from appealing again. I don't know what to do since they only provided me the first two letters of my supposed alt account and they didn't even bother explaining anything to me.

I appealed and got unbanned, then immediately got banned again? This username I had for like 11 years it’d be great if I could not randomly get banned now almost every week cause of it.
UPDATE: So I got a email from Roblox stating that my account will not be reinstated, as in the consequence will not be changed.
