@user Banned my almost 10-year old account for a refund that I never once requested. Then, after I contacted the bank and reversed the refund, sending the money back to Roblox. The (of course) AI still denied my appeal. I don't know why they state they have human agents.

Got banned on August 6th need some help here!! So i got banned on August 6th for harmful content/behavior HOWEVER. They did not show as to WHY i got banned and only left a chat evidence ID. I never even said anything and ive an appeal on august 16th and got no response on that one and another appeal yesterday. Can someone help me?

Also here are some inconsistency, it looks like all they do is copy and paste, above it tells me that they have reviewed and it will not be adjusted but below it tells me they have forwarded the request. If they are human agents, then it just means they are not doing a proper job
