same i got banned back in december 13 for harmful content/behavior with chat evidence id but when i request for my chat logs they wont give me it

My acc was banned back in Feburary ban wave and my device is banned. Is there any chance of making a new account if it was for a false reason? I was one of the few people banned for CE through VC even though I was in 18+ age group and voice chat was not introduced to Xbox just yet. Is there still hope?

I keep getting banned on both accounts and I did nothing wrong on one of them? I was banned on my alt account for harassment and swearing, but my main account isn’t linked to this one I don’t think? As far as phone number or email I don’t remember and I have no way of checking if it is.
