I’d like to share my situation here as well, because it seems relevant to the issues being discussed in this thread. My Roblox account, [username], was terminated on October 4, 2026, shortly after what appears to have been an account compromise. I’ve been trying to get the situation reviewed through the official support process, but so far I have received only automated responses. 10 Year old account. What happened On October 4, I started receiving security notifications relating to activity I…
(Dramatically exaggerated but the actual base story is true) Today, I woke up thinking it was going to be a NORMAL day. I was ready to hop on Roblox Studio, work on my projects, and go about my business as usual. BUT THEN, BOOM. ACCOUNT TERMINATED. My heart DROPPED. My mind started racing. Years of progress, projects, and everything connected to my account, potentially GONE in an instant. And for WHAT?! I hadn’t even gotten the chance to understand what was happening. And then came the REAL kic…

how do I get an ACTUAL human being to reply to my support emails? okay so I was perma banned on July 28th for.. something, I don't even know what. I sent my appeal *immediately* upon seeing I was banned (this is important) and keep in mind: **the ban message gave me no reason as to why I was banned!** violations and appeals showing no violations. and off the top of my head,…
Hey @user I got banned for an account that I did not own or recognize. I have been on the platform for nearly 10 years (1/12/2017 I believe) and haven't done an action to warrant my main being perma-banned. Please reply to my appeals soon.
An extremely alarming situation regarding the wave of moderation of uploaded content without explanation. Hi developers, a worrying new situation has arisen, and I have a lot of questions about it. I’ve noticed that many people are getting banned—apparently for re-uploading content—and this has really concerned me. For starters, those affected can’t even explain exactly why they were moderated. Now, the most worrying part is that a huge number of people have saved assets that aren’t originally…
Banned for no known reason? Ive been banned just recently from roblox and whats pestering me the most of being unable to know why. Clicking the more option instead just brings up my old violations now each over a year old, I cant appeal anything specific according to the bot and roblox chat seems to not work. Ive been pretty careful on the app for a while so this is honestly a shock and pretty upsetting. If anyone knows any way to appeal something that isnt showing up please let me know. ( I a…
Account Permanently Banned and Appeal Window Does Not Exist September 29th, 2026, 21:00 UTC +4 i got permanently banned for Child Safety, which is a mistake because i didn’t say anything horrible that day, i was just playing with my friends in my private server. And also cause i did not say anything, roblox does not proceed to show me chat evidence of the ban. And so i go appeal as one does, i’ve sent over 13 appeals (2 of them haven’t been responded) and i got the automated responses, saying…

How should make my MIDR around this? I have my ROA should I assume what got me banned? Or how should I word everything I need help please.
@user @lm @user This just happened to me,I play at my college dorm on the school wifi. I only have one Roblox account,I have no idea who the person im being linked too is. All my appeals were auto rejected. I did fill out the FTC form hopefully that method would help my case.Did you get it back?
Roblox terminated my account back in April. I’m wondering if there is any way I can still get it back. I’ve spent close to $10000 USD on this account. I’ve had about 200k in limiteds on that account. And it’s all gone because of their ai moderation. @user @user
