I got banned due to my brother’s safety violation who only has the reason of ‘other’ and we both do not have a violation of the time of our ban on the 21st of october on the Violations & Appeals page. I hope the proportionate Marketplace consequences go through properly because I have been attempting to appeal a single old UGC Item for almost two weeks now and the Violations & Appeals is already at max so my only option has been Support, which has kept denying my appeal as well despite it being a first-time mistake for a single word who got flagged recently with moderation, I got a suspension of 7 days and a DevEx ban of 90 days which is absurd on its own way:
