Fraud ban As you can see I got banned yesterday for fraudulent activity, my account got hacked and compromised due to my pc getting compromised. I have already sent an appeal to roblox but i’m worried that nothing will happen, is there anything more I can do? I didn’t so anything to cause a refund, I contacted my bank and got a refund regardless. Thanks

Roblox deleted account, can i get back? Last September, my Roblox account was deleted because, due to a misunderstanding within my family, a chargeback was requested. But even before the money was refunded, they deleted my account. It’s worth noting that we cancelled the chargeback, so the money is still there. I can prove everything in my favour, but, to this day, they refuse to listen to me. Does anyone know a way to contact them outside of the appeal process?

I love it when roblox tells me I'm banned without telling me what for specifically, I mean- I don't know what I did, they're not telling me what exactly I said, but I still believe 2 chats for an ip ban isn't exactly very fair, I've had this account for a while too, it just happened suddenly out of nowhere? Is there a way I can trace the chat evidence id thing back to the original message that's been said? Because right now I literally have no idea of what I could have said at that time.
