Account breached and permanently banned Last week my account was breached at 3am, my items were taken I assume (tens of thousands of dollars of investments as well as at least a decade on the platform with no prior history of suspensions or bans) as well as banned because they typed very vile things into a chat. On top of that, they sent an appeal with the same language causing a permanent ban. I have spent days upon days fighting with bots to get a human support agent and have 2 tickets open…

Here is appeal I made after gaining access to it through a legacy email that was instantly denied and now I can no longer appeal directly on the website.

What does this mean? I requested rights of acess/data privacy for chat evidence id and chat logs and evidence that lead me to termination. I just wanna see what the issue is but the moderators are making things super difficult. #Roblox #Denied #Appeal

Roblox ban appeals are basically broken now. You only have 30 days to appeal most bans (6 months in the EU). The appeal now gets an automatic reply instead of a human. >You send in the appeal >a bot answers >no human ever actually looks at it So if the ban was a mistake, an AI mess up, a hacked account, you are basically arguing with a wall. Should every permanent ban get at least one real human look, or is full automation okay?

Okay, so a few days ago, my IRL friend was banned on Roblox for association with an account beginning with (ma), and it said it was linked to her account, but she doesn’t have an email starting with that. Spam warning for a game? Hello, I recently received a warning for ‘spam’ on my main account. It spam mention was for the id of my game watermelon, who is actually unplayable because of an error in the age group questionnaire.
