@user Small update but Roblox is now contradicting themselves. This could indicate further that it was a mass report. As Roblox themselves are being confused. They are now saying it was for sending messages that violated the guidelines.

Same thing happened me for the exact date! Never did a chargeback EVER and called my bank to verify. Repeatedly asked Robux to send proof of chargeback or the last 4 of the card they claim got charged back. They said they can’t give this info.
How can I get unbanned? I’ve sent a few appeals but they all get rejected in a couple hours and then I’m back to square one. I’ve tried using the Roblox support number and calling them but it only tells me to go back to the tickets. I just need help getting my account reinstated.

@user She was mass reported for “child exploitation” through VC but again she never used it. And got no bans or warnings. Something that violates your ToS @user
She was banned for reasons that violated VC, however the experience (“profile viewer”) did not have VC of the time of her being banned. There was also no VC ban prior to these reports, and no warnings. I, and others, should find this extremely unfair. @user
One of my friends on Roblox was falsely banned, due to being mass reported, Roblox did not give them any warnings or anything of the sort. It was a straight up ban seemingly for using VC, meanwhile I don't think she's used VC once, she just has access to it. @user
