Hello, I’m experiencing the same issue where I cannot submit an appeal through the Violations & Appeals page However, when I tried to appeal my ban through the regular Roblox Support page, I was instructed to use the Violations & Appeals page, which does not allow me to submit an appeal. More info here: Could you please look into this issue and help resolve it so I can appeal my ban?

I immediately submitted an appeal ticket (on Sep 30) through the support form (filled for "Appeal a Decision" and "I was moderated for my behavior") and received a reply a day later that I have to send it through the "Violations & Appeals page under the Recent violations section." 1 week since I have been falsely banned on Roblox. I tried twice to appeal but got an automated response in mere minutes rejecting my pleas. Worse is that I can no longer make appeals and I can only send now through the support page (which points me back to the appeals page)

So not only did Roblox’s awful AI moderation ban my brother’s account because they thought he was my “alt”. They just now banned my poor little sister’s account for being linked to me, the only thing shared between us is our wifi.
