So I was terminated yesterday, and the reasoning on why it was terminated keeps changing? I sent in an appeal, so I’m waiting. But generally, the bottom part has stayed the same sayings it’s for inappropriate content when I’ve done nothing wrong.

Our Roblox account got hacked. Now Roblox sent us something about we violated another account. We have nothing to do with what happened when our account got hacked and the person(s) violated other accounts. Someone please check the records. Main Account falsely terminated I would like to bring the attention of human moderators because my main account @user was terminated for “Inappropriate Behavior/Content” but I don’t exactly remember breaking that rule, I lost 7 years of data and memories all because Roblox’s AI moderation false flagged my account. I even sent support tickets to try appealing this ban but yet no replies. What should I do!

Same here, happened on 12/8. No details, no evidence, no history of problems, and no known inappropriate behavior. Also no responses to four appeals submitted between 12/8 and 12/20. I sent in a MIDR packet yesterday. Tracking shows it will be delivered early next week. I’m not letting this go.

Roblox has given me absolutely no evidence for my account being terminated? Is this normal? I'm unsure of what I've done to get my ban! If they could at least give me some examples of my "TOS breaking behaviour" I could understand if I had done anything wrong.
