(STAFF ATTENTION NEEDED) Appeal UI Shows Violation, but Appeals Support Says Account Was Not Moderated + Appeals using random ai generated responses My account ( @[username], now @user) is showing visible moderation actions on multiple assets — including violation details, timestamps, and appeal history — but Roblox Support repeatedly claims there is no moderation record. The appeal process is currently functionally broken, contradictory, and causing severe harm to my sales and workflow. Vio…

My account got banned and I don’t understand why I don’t understand why my account was banned. I’m a pretty lazy player and only play simple lazy games. I do not have an alt account. I don’t even think I was playing on the game when this happened. I’m so upset because I’ve never even had a warning on my account. How can I be banned without a single warning? I’ve had this game for years with this account. I’ve already tried to appeal it but I don’t know if someone will even get up with me.

Is this possible to appeal So i’ve been banned very recently for 3 decals in my game, which are not mine and were previously different images.I haven’t logged in my game for 3 months or more… well they have been scanned with sexual content. I don’t know if it’s possible to get unbanned from this because i don’t have much evidence except for the fact that the decals are not mine.

@user WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN i dont know why ive been banned ive had this account since i was 10 ive done nothing wrong i havent used any alt accounts in years and if i did i didnt know i wasnt supposed to do that i was literally a child bruh pls give my account back?????

They actually accepted one of my appeals FOR ONCE

violations & appeals not adjusting your termination upon being accepted in an appeal appealing a termination through violations & appeals will still keep your account terminated despite being accepted all tickets are auto declined and refer to the original reason that my account got terminated for (child endangerment in this case) i also noticed a guy on X having the same issue aswell as devforum posts Account terminated wrongfully, appea…

Keep getting banned for 3 days is this a glitch or something? When I try to appeal for my account to get unbanned I email mods telling them that my Roblox account keep getting banned for 3 days and they say something about not wanting to appeal the account Ai moderators keep banning me incorrectly is it based on My iP or what I keep getting banned for 3 days when my Roblox avatar is appropriate I have read the rules on this subreddit

Banned for No Reason since November 25th

wrongly accused for using a modded roblox Submitted an apeal before but since I got no reply even after waiting 48 hours, I have no other choice and decided to address my issue in here. I have NEVER uses a modded version of the Roblox application in my whole life. I don't know how they came up with this false assumption of a conclusion, but what I did was playing minesweeper (The place ID is Blockerman's Minesweeper) and streamed my gameplay on discord. Please think through and actually CONFIR…

acc deleted i got banned for no reason. “child exploitation” which i never even did, nor cant do. as im under 18, someone mass reported me i believe. to have my acc deleted can anyone help me get it back?

Inconsistent moderation. I jokingly called my friend an idiot and was almost instantly banned for it without even a warning. Although the ban is temporary I'm still pretty annoyed at how inconsistent this moderation is. I've used the word pretty often and in my almost 14 years of being on this platform I've never ever even been warned for it. Meanwhile a few days ago I witnessed someone call another person a 'cuck' and told them to 'piss off' and they didn't face any repercussions whatsoever.…

Got perma banned on my 2016 account Heya, I got banned this morning because my account got hacked and someone uploaded corn assets without me even noticing, I can't show the ban reason asset because is literally a corn scene but i will show the ban message. What’s really weird is that four assets were uploaded in a single minute which is very weird and none of my limiteds were taken either so it doesn’t feel like a normal account hack. I had 2FA on with an authenticator app my Gmail wasn’t com…

My account keeps getting suspended 1 day each time and every time I appeal it’s an automated bot how do I stop that and speak to a human. Like I’m genuinely not doing anything wrong but playing the game Banned for sexual context Can someone show me where please @user

Help with account recovery Recently my Roblox account was hacked, and someone spent 800 Robux that were saved in it. The interesting thing is that my two-factor verification didn't affect the situation; I didn't receive anything by email. After a while, my account was deleted with the reason: "You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account." I've already sent several appeal emails trying to recover the account, and they've all been rejected. Can any…

My account got terminated for something I didn’t do Hello, so like a week ago my account got terminated and the reason was that I created an account to avoid enforcement action, (I do have another account but I only have been on it once) and I tried appealing it but they keep rejecting it, I don’t know what to do, I’ve spent so much money on this account.

Terminated Account Hello, my account from 2012 recently got terminated because back in 2016 I owned multiple clothing groups having made over 500+ shirts / pants back when you could upload anything for free. I've appealed through the official form multiple times but only get automated responses without having anyone listen to me. I haven't created any clothes in several years. It was only after the termination that I saw that I could actually archive my clothes. Roblox said they sent me messa…

A image i made and got banned for it Roblox AI sucks

Dumbest thing that happened to me recently lol Yeah it's only a dumb warning. "go" because I was fighting in a fighting game. I was just scared when I suddenly got kicked later out of the game I'm playing, I thought I got banned again because of that one stupid decal I made in September that got me terminated but I appealed and then luckily they unterminated me after only 5 days.

My account has been enforcement banned with no reason given Hello everyone, I’m making this post to seek help regarding the enforcement ban I received for the reason: “You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against a account”. My account “Hynthrivaen” was created in 2011 and it was a gift from a friend Prior to this ban i only ever received a warning for a chat violation no other rule breaches of any kind (This is the only account I use) do not have any alt account…

Does anyone know how to prove I’m innocent I went to sleep and woke up to a ban

Update: Issue was resolved very quickly!

got the same thing with discriminatory content lol, the avatar moderation is bullshit

It appears that Roblox has terminated IXayeziI, deleted his main hangout game, and deleted a group holder called XYZGroup. Absolutely fantastic to see. Unfortunately Roblox has left up his groups XYZ Studio... (full of pedos) and XYZ Clothing (used to sell inappropriate clothes)

False Enforcement Bans Caused by Shared VPN IP Addresses; User Example: [username] I am writing to point out an important matter, on the behalf of [username], concerning some innocent users who have been incorrectly banned because of the accidental use of VPNs, particularly situations involving multiple users connected to the same IP address as the source of the ban. This resulted in false enforcement bans for those users, who found themselves at the wrong time and place, connected to the same IP addr…
