I’m in the same boat right now, I literally wanted to buy my mom a car for christmas but I can’t since Roblox’s copyright agents still haven’t done anything after 14 days of receiving my Counter Notice. Not to mention roblox just took a Devex break until the 2nd of january All of the DMCA’s I received were fraudulent and the strikes were removed, but the penalty kept progressing, which is just proof of incompetency from Roblox.

So apparently ROBLOX & Nintendo didn't really like this, so they completely deleted the game and warned me. Sadly, i have to make use characters that are not associated with Nintendo if i want to bring this game back. I'll keep you guys updated

roblox has done it again. I made like 9 or 8 nike shirts on roblox back in 2017, when I heard everyone was getting banned for it, I put the nike shirts I made offsale, but despite this my account still got banned.
