They hacked my account and now I've been banned. Is there any way to get it back? Someone hacked my account, and when I went to play, it showed that another device was using it. When I checked, even the password had been changed, and when I tried to reset the password and log in again, this message appeared saying the account was deleted. I don't understand, why would someone delete an account? And this account didn't even have Robux.
My Roblox game got suspended again after Support reviewed it. What should I do? My game, Indian Club, was previously suspended for a TextChatService API issue. During the review, Roblox Support asked me to remove the avatar section due to the risk of romantic/sexual content, so I removed it and republished the game. Now, on October 12, I’ve received another 7-day suspension for Sexual Content. I’m confused because I followed their instructions. Could this be a false positive, mass reporting,…
.. Got banned again, this time for another project.
Got ban cause I got hacked I got hacked then banned and I know it was not me cause all I do is play not chat at this rate why is roblox still here when they don't know how to do their fucking job
You guys think I can get this fixed? Read body text I had appealed two times through 'Report a mistake' and both of them were denied and I ran out of them. I described the image (Assumed it was the tail) and they didn't change their minds. First appeal got denied a minute after, second appeal got denied a few minutes after. However I went to the Roblox Support page and was able to send an appeal there, a little while later I got a new email saying my appeal was approved so I'm hoping they rev…
ban for something that wasn't even on my account the display name was geometry\[username], the profile description was empty, Idk where I could've listed milkocious to get this warning, haven't used this account in months
Banned with no way to see offensive content? Just logged on to resume work on my project after a short break and discovered i am banned for 14 days. It says image is sexual??? I haven't uploaded anything sexual. only PBR maps recently so I'm super confused and can't see what got me banned cuz I'm locked out of seeing that due to the ban. I've tried to find out what it was but can't. My only option is to appeal but I'm not sure what to say in this situation. Any tips or ways anyone knows o…
Your user profile broke the rules (Reason: Sexual Content) I don't even understand the violation so not sure how to appeal. Is it the username that's "sexual content"? I've had it since the account was made in 2008.
Account Hacked and Banned My account was hacked and banned due to the hacker uploading lolicon. I’ve sent the appeals through Roblox, denied. The support is bad because who would’ve guessed, it’s moderated mainly by ai. I’ve sent emails weeks ago with no reply still. Do you guys have any idea on who to ask? I really want my account back.
Banned for confronting a creep?… Alright forgive me if nothing makes sense, typing this in a rush before I fall asleep. So yesterday evening I got on Roblox with my younger brother (he’s 11, important detail) and his friend (14, also important). We were playing various games then ended up on MM2 with a few of our other friends. We played the game normally for a while until two guys and a girl join. Immediately, they target my little brother. My brother was dressed as Megumi from Jujutsu Kais…
I don't make games, and I got banned out of nowhere for one? I was asleep, and I woke up to see I got banned 5 hours ago. I checked my banned account to see I've joined a group full of banned players. This is so weird. Then checking the place, I found that I actually made the game? I don't make games. `[{"placeId":83235262090720,"name":"Mystic Restaurant","description":"","sourceName":"Mystic Restaurant","sourceDescription":"","url":"
I got banned for a gibberish hair texture? Okay, I was working on a hair texture for a model using studio and i guess???? instead of just rejecting it because it's not even published, they decided to BAN me for seven days???? Great moderation, really. Ban and Hair Texture attached. I really hope they get back to me soon about this appeal instead of making me wait it out. AI moderation ***really*** showing it's worth.

Robux transfer limits not restored after moderation action was reversed on appeal My account received a false moderation action that was overturned on appeal about a minute later, confirming the action was in error. Although the moderation action itself was reversed, my Robux transfer limits were not restored to their previous values. I previously had a monthly limit of 10k and a daily limit of 5k, after the false moderation action those limits have not been reinstated and I have now been stuc…

My appeal got accepted Thank you everyone for voicing your concerns. You’re all amazing.
Another case of AI Moderation False Flags & No Responses Howdy everyone, it’s me again. Got a bunch of notifications from my team and players that one of my games was taken down. Sure enough, one of them was banned for ‘Sexual Content’, while I was also banned for 7 days. I’m also unable to cash out (devex) for 180 days. As a developer who relies on this platform for income, it’s not lookin’ to hot for me. The funny part is, this game is a baseplate with a separate biome map. It has a small ho…
