I have a question about this and i need this to be fixed How am i suppose to know what i’m getting terminated for if i can’t see any chat logs? i have never used roblox voice chat on my account. My account has been incorrectly banned. My previous violation consequences were cleared they should no longer negatively affect the account in the future. The automatic ai system may have resulted from a false detection and other technical mistakes.
Account breached and permanently banned Last week my account was breached at 3am, my items were taken I assume (tens of thousands of dollars of investments as well as at least a decade on the platform with no prior history of suspensions or bans) as well as banned because they typed very vile things into a chat. On top of that, they sent an appeal with the same language causing a permanent ban. I have spent days upon days fighting with bots to get a human support agent and have 2 tickets open…
Here is appeal I made after gaining access to it through a legacy email that was instantly denied and now I can no longer appeal directly on the website.
What does this mean? I requested rights of acess/data privacy for chat evidence id and chat logs and evidence that lead me to termination. I just wanna see what the issue is but the moderators are making things super difficult. #Roblox #Denied #Appeal
Okay, Roblox Support is NOT listening. I tell them that my violation does not show in the Violation and Appeals dashboard and request a human review. Next day I got a email from them with a SAME excuse that it already appealed and no longer be reviewed. Then with a same response when you reply to them.

@user Small update but Roblox is now contradicting themselves. This could indicate further that it was a mass report. As Roblox themselves are being confused. They are now saying it was for sending messages that violated the guidelines.
One of my friends on Roblox was falsely banned, due to being mass reported, Roblox did not give them any warnings or anything of the sort. It was a straight up ban seemingly for using VC, meanwhile I don't think she's used VC once, she just has access to it. @user
@user i got permanently banned yesterday May 27, 2026. Im not sure why and i cant see the chat evidence. And ive also been cleared by an agent in my past for my older violations because i’ve had this problem last time. Please consider reinstating my account. @user

Banned me 11 days ago for terrorism. On May 6, Roblox banned me without evidence. They sent me a ticket saying it was due to an image file and what was on the texture files? Textures for hats, flags for Vignettes and even name tags for rp games. I sent 60 appeals overall and yet, they gave me the same reply. I cannot send an MIDR since its expensive and far to a local post office nor use online mail. How do i get unbanned now? The flags were fake ones with one being the MEC.
