People say it takes a long time for them to appeal, and it rarely works too. What should I say?

Roblox still instant terms users with inappropriate usernames? I’ll be honest it was a deserved ban, it was an alt account until my main got terminated for unrelated issues but I saw somewhere back that Roblox started using a system where they would give you a warning or temp ban for usernames, not termination. Is there anyway I can properly appeal this as I was only using an installer for shaders I contacted Roblox to explain that I had only used shaders, but their detection system incorrectly flagged this as exploiting. Their response was that they are unable to reverse the action on my account. I feel their reply was brief and dismissive, and that they did not take the time to fully consider the details of my case.
