hello, i’d like to call for help my termination message said nothing, just now i got a reply saying this. I have not uploaded ANY experiences to roblox at ALL, I don’t know what this is but it appears to be false, how do I approach this? i’m already past my 30-day appeal window

Dawg how is this fair??? I got hacked 10 days ago and finally got it all resolved. The hackers spent $50 and I wanted a refund. Got a termination for sum bs?? They changed it from a one day ban, then i sent s stupid appeal joking on stream and then they changed my ban from one day harrassment to a termination and said it was child exploitation. Then i sent another appeal and they put it back to harrassment but kept my termination??? is there anything i can do this happened on 8/24/25 so its been over a month and ive sent multiple appeals and tried everything. Anyone have better ideas?

is it possible that the ban extends after it’s over? i requested a refund on roblox premium because i cancelled it but was still charged for a renewal. i sent a support ticket in only an hour after this happened and refrained from using the account at all. is it possible that i get a longer ban or even get terminated once they process the refund?
