Update: Roblox customer service still has not responded. 2 step verification got turned off somehow so I was able to reset the password & get back into my account but they went into games saying awful stuff and got my account terminated @user @user absolutely disgusting

Is my account in danger? I accidentally disputed a transaction I thought was suspicious the other day but it was my little brother buying Robux on my account. Apparently chargeback results in 6 months, 1 year or forever ban but I got my account back by agreeing to the TOS.
