Similar situation for me, I only going to get banned for a day until I tried to appeal but the dumbass bot made my sentence worse and permanently banned my account, a small tip: I don't suggest appealing your account if your chat has the word "pedo"

I contacted Roblox support 2 times, at first I just kindly asked how I got banned, and the response was something like this. At the second appeal, I provided all necessary details and proofs and links of the accessories; but they responded like this; No place ID was specified for either ticket. On the second ticket, they said this moderation action had already been appealed, and they probably never inspected my ticket.

I got reported a filter bypasser. Got warned instead. I was playing a game called infectious smile with my friends when I saw a person bypassing swear words, I told them that I'll report them instead. They told me to shut up and straightly 3nd myself.
