I dont want my account to get deleted so I don't know how much I'll play on it after I reactivate it but someone told me you get terminated after you get a ban immediately after a 7 day ban I just want to know if I have to worry about getting terminated or not

what do i do basically my friend got banned in september but he just made an alt so then i keep playing for 2 months but what do you know I GET KICKED OUT AND GET THE SAME EXACT BAN MESSAGE AS HIM EVEN THE TIME IS THE SAME (right before the october outage happens) i try to appeal but i get no human response just a bot saying “you can’t get banned because u made an alt) WHEN I NEVER MADE AN ALT

Permanently banned for unknown reason?? I was afk in pets go while my device was in another room and I came back 30 minutes later that I was banned, has this happens to anyone else?
