Hello @user My account of 12+ years was banned since I share the same Wi-Fi and IP address with a terminated sibling "[username]". Due to the ban, my account got involved to the moderation given without notice. I would appreciate the assistance with this issue. Thank you!
Cousin got deleted for same reason as me for more than a year. Please help with appeal. Look into my profile, I appealed my enforcement ban, now it's affecting my cousin. If anyone knows how to appeal this I will reward you and thank you very much. Comment!!
I lost everything. My Roblox account macoofmind — over 3M in limiteds and years of progress — was deleted due to an error linking shared info +accounts that weren't affliated with me only by small info with share email that wasn’t mine. Please help me get my account back. @user
I logged onto one of my other accounts a few days ago and was greeted with this 07/04/24? I don’t think I was even home on that day, and I have no recollection of any other accounts being banned around then. Interestingly, I have two other accounts tied to that email address, and neither of them are banned!
Dear @user, One of my dear friends have had their account (@[username]) suspended for a completely false reason. It was a part of a ban wave and I strongly believe he never misused Roblox. He had always been on this account for over seven years...
help me please i was out playing football at 5:30pm and then when i got home to play roblox, i saw that my account has been terminated for no reason and i have NO alt accounts whatsoever. i sent in an appeal and they denied it. please help somebody i appreciate every help you guys give me
@user tfw you do not own another account and you get banned for having another account but no one else got banned in your household and your appeals get rejected over 10+ times so you lose your 13 year old account for no reason
banned for possibly using my mother's wifi, or having the banned user visit my house my younger brother was banned, though I don't know if he actually broke rules or not. I live in the same city as them, and I sometimes visit my mother, or he visits my house with my dad. I guess it caused an enforcement ban on me, because wtf I don't even know my own password, so he can't sign in either. I reset my password every time I'm logged out. My screenshots show my discord chat log at that time, an…
Roblox falsely thinks I'm evading a ban. Can I be unbanned here? Less than a month ago, I got permanently banned, and the message i received is in the first image attached here (I cropped out the long string of text bc idk if it's personal info). There's that. But the review date, being from more than a year ago, seems very weird, however someone who lives with me (and shares my internet) said that was when their account was permanently banned (I think their ban was for text chat abuse; they…
they keep rejecting my appeals As you know, they are banning people for creating alt accounts (or that's what roblox thinks). I keep sending appeals but they won't accept any. Do I just keep going or am I doomed? I've seen people getting their accounts back.
Terminated by Roblox and I’m innocent! Took a short break from coding and came back this… Terminated after a year of creating my game 😭 I’m so upset at Roblox. I tried appealing about 15 times and they won’t do anything about it. I’m outside their 30 day appeal window. I spent the last 9 months coding and creating my Roblox game and was so close to having a viable concept underway. I took an about a month off to rest as I was putting in all-nighters. Only to come back yo my account terminate…
Terminated for the same thing twice??? My account ([username]) was terminated recently… but the problem is that I ALREADY APPEALED + GOT UNBANNED FOR THIS… I have NO idea why I was banned for the same thing again… please help I spent so much money and time on this game
Hey lets not resort to name-calling now. they didn't change it. Here's a post from 14 hours ago
I've been falsely terminated recently and want to get my account back. I was apparently banned for creating an account to avoid a ban despite the fact I've never done so. I'm under the assumption that this is an error with Roblox's moderation and maybe because of the fact I have a sister who plays in the same house under the same network.
Ok now that’s interesting, one of old accounts that my friend used to own since 2010 was banned 27th July this year. Knowing this, this is possibly their banwave date at best because that is such a coincidence to make. It could be that it’s been only starting at 21 to 27th every month as friends of mine been getting terminated left and right for “Evading enforcement action” or “Sexual Content”. There is something fishy about it, something termination method and the dates. “THE NUMBERS, MASON WH…
Falsely Terminated so my main account got banned a few days ago due to something i didn't even do. I've sent multiple appeals to roblox but to no avail, they wouldn't even give me a full reason as to why i got banned and from what i've seen so far people that got banned with the same reason as me rarely got their accounts back which sucks since i've spent so much time and money on this account.
Might be cooked even with screenshot proof for support tickets it just gets denied either way, I have better luck winning Russian roulette then ts staff team. I'm not giving up until the 30 day mark is over anyways, lol its not like i got anything to lose its already gone
appeal randomly got this. what do i say to appeal?
How do I appeal this? Please help After a bit of reading online I found out I can't appeal because it's past 30 days already. The thing is I vividly remember playing with my friends last week of September. How do I still appeal this? Please help. I've had this account for over 6 years now. I don't even remember doing anything like what is said in the picture. I've made so much memories on this account. I just don't want to lose it even if I don't regularly play.
Roblox not showing reason for termination I literally made this account like more than 5 years ago and didn't even touch this account in from 2021 - until last week since another account I made in July was also terminated (they accepted my appeal I was wrongfully banned for uploading an image which they already banned me for like 3 days but then terminated me like 2 weeks ago), so why would they terminate this one even if they accepted my appeal on the other one? I've been moderated wrongfully…
hi i was enforcement banned and i got appeal accepted i still wasn’t unbanned 3 days later so i appealed again and said “my appeal was accepted but my account wasn’t unbanned” they sent an ai appeal rejected email, can anyone help?
Account still falsely terminated due to a bug in the moderation system after 23 rejected appeals Due to the most recent ban-wave, me (and many other people) have been falsely terminated under the reason of “creating or using an account to avoid an enforcement action” or “ban evasion” for short, which is false and unjust as I have only been using 1 exact account for 6 years. Even the review date is false, as I was playing Roblox normally until 9 Oct 2025. (Almost exact same situation as this po…
Falsely permabanned (?) for "Evading a ban on an alternate account" with no help from support whatsoever I logged in last week Friday (October 10th) to find my account was banned out of nowhere. I was super confused at the reason it gave, as it doesnt even tell me how im somehow connected to a banned account. I have been getting frustrating rejection after rejection without ever being able to actually speak to someone to get help on the subject. The only thing that comes to mind as to my accou…
Update to old post: new account banned again here's the old post, my friend got banned by a bot, we kept appealing every day, but only bots would respond, now he got banned again for making an alt account, is there a way to get out of this mess???
