I woke up this morning and got this message pop up on this screen. can someone explain this

I don't get this ban at all. I was in roblox therapy, and was listening to the person, and they were joking around saying stuff like "my whole family died in a car crash 7 years ago so now I'm depressed" and I was commenting on it, because that's the point of the game. AND I GOT BANNED! (I know it's only a day, but it's still annoying)

can anyone help me get my account back? OK, so basically I have already tried to appeal my account more than five times and on the fifth email they sent me something like “we will restore your spatial audio” but, I’m also confused because how am I going to use voice chat if I don’t have my account. what had happened was, it was this racist dude calling me the N word with the hard R so i called him out bc i didn’t think anybody else heard him. @user this is the 3rd time i have gotten banned for no reason, i was just grinding #PS99 like any other person would do such as @user @user and many others would do so this is a mistake and when i try to appeal it says that it was not a mistake.
