i got banned for 6 months i was on my alt transfering some of the starter items i missed on a game to my main and when i came back i saw i was banned for no reason i have never cheated in a game i may have been banned before cause i was defending myself from others harrasing me and i suspect a hacker logged in even though i had a really strong password that had numbers symbols and everything else i have made a support ticket but i dont know if it works or not

Is there anyway I can properly appeal this as I was only using an installer for shaders I contacted Roblox to explain that I had only used shaders, but their detection system incorrectly flagged this as exploiting. Their response was that they are unable to reverse the action on my account. I feel their reply was brief and dismissive, and that they did not take the time to fully consider the details of my case. Is there anything I can do?
