This image floating around of a player getting banned for purchasing the Headless Horseman while it was free is false. Nobody will get banned for purchasing the headless, since the error was not our fault. Rather a fault in the system.

Well someone I knew got their account deleted because they bought the headless horseman package for free #ROBLOX
