roblox deleted me and my brothers account just because we shared a same email, basically by implying by their rules, if my brother was banned, then that would result in both of our accounts deleted, makes sense for a shitty company.

I am sorry but I could not disagree more with you. I have sent 5+ tickets which I get automated responses from. The first two were genuine bots giving me automated responses, the rest 3 might have been real humans because they had like “Cher” or “George” or somebody else replying but they also had their responses copy and paste.
