same i got banned back in december 13 for harmful content/behavior with chat evidence id but when i request for my chat logs they wont give me it

My acc was banned back in Feburary ban wave and my device is banned. Is there any chance of making a new account if it was for a false reason? I was one of the few people banned for CE through VC even though I was in 18+ age group and voice chat was not introduced to Xbox just yet. Is there still hope?

Roblox has a huge bug where you can get banned and cant appeal. I cannot appeal in the violations and appeals page and when i try to make a support ticket it tells me to appeal using the violations and appeals?! Also my ban is false Username:[username] Ticket numbers:183330861,183183864
