Do you have like any screenshot of the ban itself? You should see on the ban screen when trying to log in an actual page including info on why he was banned, and specific content related to such. Something like: As for not being able to see the image, that’s pretty common. Roblox (for some reason) just displays the actual asset there, so if it gets moderated or removed, you basically lose the ability to see what was reported unless Support sends it to you during the appeal.
