Yea so same issue with me, your not alone. ive appealed 5-6 times and i get an AI automated message, its insane. the fact they insta-ban instead of contacting to resolve the "issue" is just unreal. there is so many ways to go about this but they choose to be lazy... just sad.
i got suspended on roblox too. I CANT WIN
False Ban I need help appealing this please someone!! Is this not a false ban? I don’t understand… I’m so confused, I had the acc for 12 years and now it’s gone because of a chargeback? Please tell me this recoverable ;-; (look at comments)
@user I was perma banned on Roblox because I said Hide and Seek 12 Times In A Row When Playing A Game Asking For Which Game Mode To Play In That Game Damn Near A Year Ago and I was hacked in June and yall did nothing about it. Can you please fix your faulty AI Moderation.
This is the email we got in response. Now what?
Roblox is giving me different reasons for why Im banned?? So it started off with me being banned due to a linked account that I have never seen or used and when I try to email them they tell me “at least one transaction made on this account as unauthorized or disputed.” what do I even do I don’t even know what to appeal for anymore
I got banned for something I didn’t do I don’t even play Roblox this often and I don’t even know what the reason is I had to search what charge back is, when I tried appealing it wouldn’t work it just sent me to an AI bot please someone check this out @user @user
Roblox, you went too far this time. I got banned from Roblox for something stupid; here are the screenshots. I want to appeal that ban, but it only shows me insignificant bans. #roblox #robloxban #robloxnews
Issue with a disputed charge Hello, recently I've been a victim of an account termination due to a disputed charge/unathorized payment supposedly made inside my account. It starts from this: Roblox offered me, one month ago, a 1-month Roblox Plus subscription without charge, and just out of curiosity, I decided to take it. Days passed, and I was enjoying my subscription, until the payment day came, and there was one detail; I forgot to cancel the subscription, in order to avoid getting charge…
My account was banned without me playing I was inactive on my account and come back to myself being banned? I don’t remember buying anything let alone charging back anything. Apparently it’s past the 30 day deadline so there’s just nothing I can do? Somebody please tell me there is hope I’ve had this account since the game released basically and I’m devastated… (Btw the review stuff is old chat moderations so idk why it’s recent)
how do i appeal this, i deleted my parent account thinking it would fix it, now it js says account forgotten, but back to my main this wont go away.
A friend of mine had their account permanently banned and possibly deleted … over one dollar. Before I begin, yes, I got thorough permission from this friend to post this. If mods wish for proof, please DM me. Roblox claims that on 7/11/2026 AJ bought something, which they did, and then performed a charge back on their card. Which is a big no-no in the ELUA. But in fact, they did not charge it back! They do not own the bank card/account and can’t make any business decisions at all. my best gu…
Banned for chargeback Hi so I (18) recently was playing roblox with my friends and I wanted to buy some robux for 11.99€ and I had my card linked to my account so I assumed it would charge my account for the money, for some reason it charged my little sister's account (12). I was not home at the time and didnt experience what was going on at home instantly, but long story short my mom ended up freaking out and reporting my account for fraud and now 3 days later my account is banned. I didnt ev…
How to fix I got terminated for a charge back I appealed but nothing happed I had this account since 2019 and i dont want to lose it, can someone help please?
Permanently banned for fraudulent activity carried out by someone else on my account For context, about a month ago someone gained access to my account and started using my bank info to buy robux. I have already resolved that issue and even had to change my debit card. A month later, this is what I wake up to. I've made an appeal for this 2 days ago and haven't gotten a response yet. I'm genuinely scared since I've had this account since 2020 and really don't want to lose it.
Unban an account? I know this is an absolute crapshoot but when I was like 12 or 13 my account was banned after my auto renew builders club tried to charge my parents credit card \*that had just expired\* back in 2014, I tried to appeal it but hid it from my parents out of shame when they denied it. I reached back out a few years later and they said they couldn’t do anything. Anyone had this happen before? I just want the account back, I spent so much chore money on this account and it’s very…
Can youu help my account😔🥹 Dear Moderation Team, I am writing to respectfully appeal the suspension of my account, which was flagged due to a suspected fraudulent activity related to a chargeback. I would like to clarify that I have never intended to commit fraud or violate the platform's policies. I believe this issue may have resulted from a misunderstanding, a payment-related problem, or an action that was not fully understood on my part. I highly value this platform and have always used…
Chargeback ban Im looking for serious and genuine advice from the Roblox community and other volunteers that are willing to give me a potential solution. I’ve had my Roblox account for over 7 years now, this is an incredible important and valuable piece of me, I recently made two Robux purchases, however, the Robux were not credited for what I believed to be a normal process, due to the delay, I was assuming that the transactions, (such as those two Robux purchases) has failed and went throug…
Roblox deleted account, can i get back? Last September, my Roblox account was deleted because, due to a misunderstanding within my family, a chargeback was requested. But even before the money was refunded, they deleted my account. It’s worth noting that we cancelled the chargeback, so the money is still there. I can prove everything in my favour, but, to this day, they refuse to listen to me. Does anyone know a way to contact them outside of the appeal process?
As of recently, I have absolutely had it with @user and the way they treat their developers, long-term members, and the people who have poured years of their lives into the platform. Today was the last straw. I have been on @user for nearly 7 years. During that time, I have met some of my closest friends, made plenty of enemies, learned countless lessons, and created memories that I will never forget. Roblox has been a huge part of my life, and despite everything I'm about to say, I genuinely…
i don't even know what i did.... i'm pretty sure my account got banned because a few weeks ago it got hacked and someone decided they'd use my debit card to purchase robux or something so i appealed it with the debit card company knowing roblox wouldn't do anything a few weeks later i get banned for "chargeback," which i'm assuming means i got my money back from being hacked so they banned my account am i even able to get my account back????? i've sent an appeal and i'm waiting for it to be…
Got banned because I refunded I couldn’t get it back because I was under 18 and I still can’t get it back.
Same thing happened me for the exact date! Never did a chargeback EVER and called my bank to verify. Repeatedly asked Robux to send proof of chargeback or the last 4 of the card they claim got charged back. They said they can’t give this info.
