Best way to clear up a refund ban So long story short, my mom had refunded a purchase with her bank (im assuming she forgot she paid for it) and i had a talk with her (but this isnt the first time) is there a best way to resolve this??? An appeal Roblox will actually read through and cooperate and not give a automated response? 😭
Chargeback Ban I was banned for "fraudulent charges", anyone know how to appeal to this? for context: My acc was compromised, with them using the saved card to purchase mass amounts of robux and using that robux to purchase items in games, which I suspect they traded to their alt through in game trades. Because these are clearly unauthorized, my bank automatically marked the influx of charges as fraud, called me and told me that they had disputed the charges automatically, and deactivated th…
@user I got banned (itsgloguy) for fraudulent activity, My last purchase was with a mastercard gift card, and the fault could've lied within the gift card due to the fact I did NOT request a refund at all. i really hope i can get my account back I had so much stuff :(
Got banned need some help Hi! first post im doing on here but I just wanna say hello to everyone hope you guys are doing well and such but i could use some help here so I wasn’t on Roblox at all today maybe just a little earlier making a avatar change as usual. But then i get a refund from them on my email for some reason for 2.99$ then i come across for them to just ban my account or just suspend it really and when I checked on it for other profiles that I got alts on it said it was deleted I…
Literally devastated because Roblox just banned our 2018 account, that had over 1400$ spent on it so far, someone has logged onto our account and bought 2 bundles of 5250 Robux worth 299.99 zloty each, we appealed for it and got it refunded, and it got us banned. @user
its absolutely crazy that someone can hack into your Roblox account, buy €119.99 of Robux, and YOUR account gets banned when you contact support. 10 year old account btw @user @user
False refund suspension?? It's been a while since I've opened roblox and as soon as I open it this is what greeted me, I have in no way refunded anything. The only thing I remember is I cancelled my roblox plus subscription but that's it, I haven't played this game in a while so I genuinely have no idea what happened. When I tried to appeal and view the activity it said I did nothing to go against their rules??? I can't even appeal 😭. If there is in any way to still be able to get into my acc…
Perma banned on roblox
Chargeback Ban Appealed To get straight to the point, I was banned on roblox for a refund I did on my account on Sep 21. A Hacker ended up spending 316$ on my account for robux and transferred most of it to other random players. I ended up asking for a refund because, well, 300$+ Is crazy work. After getting my refund I was automatically banned (Didn't know this would happen). I sent two appeals which got denied (sent one on the 21st, another one on oct 1). However, I ended up switching tactic…
Is there any possible way I can get unbanned? So around 3 weeks ago my account of 12 years got banned. The account was hacked, and in doing so the hacker spent £100 worth of Robux (11000 Robux). I was in a panic, and so I refunded the money through my bank. I also contacted Roblox support, and they gave me compensation Robux as I had lost some in-game items. However around a week later I got two emails telling me that I had refunded the 11000 Robux, and my Roblox premium ( I didn’t dispute the…
My little sister got banned Hi, so my little sister got banned about 2 hours ago because my mom issued a refund because her account got hacked and someone used my moms card that was billed to her account, and bought robux. I'm not sure on what to do and I wanted to come here to ask considering none of my accounts or hers have been banned before.
Banned for refunding I was banned on sept 5, I was hacked and the person who hacked me spent 21.44 I didn’t know you had to go through Roblox to get your money back, so I refunded it through Cash App, I got my money back, but my account is banned and they accepted my appeal at one point, but then 2 hours later they replied to the message saying that they aren’t opening my account, is there anything I can do?
OKAY let me get this straight.First I am banned for content I never uploaded then when I find that a hacker spend $60 on robux and when I request a refund I get my ban message updated to this?@user How does this make scene when someone hacked your account and does this? #roblox
Can I buy items from the Avatar Catalog during a 30-day "virtual economy" restriction? Hi everyone,My account was recently unbanned after a 7-day suspension. I was banned just for requesting a single refund, but the moderator note says I still have a 30-day restriction on all payments and "virtual economy" transactions. My question is: Does this restriction also block me from buying accessories for my avatar from the catalog using the Robux I already had before the ban? There is a limited-ti…
Do you think this is temporary... I promise I did not commit any fraud on Roblox, nor have I ever. I've appealed, but I was denied. I am left to just wait and see what happens. Anyone here who could tell me if this is a temporary ban or if it is permanent? They didn't give me a timeframe, but it has been 3 days so far.
@user How is this fair? I got home from work and found an unauthorized MX$13 Apple charge for 40 Robux. I contacted my bank, followed their instructions, and Apple approved the refund. Then I opened Roblox and found out I’m BANNED FOR A YEAR???
Roblox banned my account for “repeated refund requests” after THEY approved my refund for an unauthorized purchase Hi, I’m looking for some advice because I honestly don’t understand what happened with my Roblox account. A few days ago, my account was hacked. After realizing what had happened, I managed to recover it and immediately secured everything: I changed my password, logged out every other active session, and enabled 2-step verification. While the account was compromised, an unauth…
Need help with a refund Does anyone know if there's a chance I can recover/keep my account? On September 10th, I bought Robux twice and both payments were supposedly declined, so Roblox didn't give me the Robux. However, when I checked my bank account, the payments went through, and they also showed up in Apple as payments to Roblox. I had already bought Robux before but with a different Astropay account, so I requested a refund for those two payment attempts that gave me nothing. Now they gav…
Banned for being Robbed Long story short, earlier this year my account got taken over and fraudulent purchases made. I had my bank reverse these charges and out of fear of my account being taken again I changed the password and haven’t logged in for a few months. Now, I find out my account is fully banned due to the fact these charges got reversed. I’ve had my account for nearly 12 years, and now it’s just gone?
Refund ban I have gotten banned for an potentially fraudulent activity despite no chargebacks/refund request on my payment providers end matching the date roblox provided. Before you ask, I did not purchase any second-hand/third party robux gift cards or otherwise topped up my account outside Roblox application/website. I have also already tried appealing the ban multiple dozen times in multiple cathegories, with and without AI assistants. Currently it has been over a day since my last appeal…
welp uhmmm anything i can do
banned for trying to get my money back anyone got tips to appeal this ban? i cant lose this account because i have been using it for like half of my life
Bro what do I do
I was banned for 1 year from a double charge on roblox. I was recently banned from roblox for a double charge. How this happened was I was buying robux, then 2 days later it took the same amount of money I used to purchase the robux 2 days before. So I appeal, I send a support email to the roblox support team, Then I was immediately given a banned and given a refund when I never asked. This is insanely unfair, I've been sending out appeals left and right and they just say the same thing. I fee…
