Roblox recently replied saying they reviewed my case and decided not to change my ban for "Misusing Roblox Systems", but they still haven't explained why my account was linked to someone I've never even known. I also wonder if shared IP addresses could be causing false enforcement bans. Imagine checking Roblox at work, school or a restaurant and getting banned just because someone else used the same Wi-Fi. so, i have been hit with this as well today. but the fun fact is, you cant fix this, if your game is taken down. because i would love to fix this while i wait 5 DAYS for an appeal to be read through. of course, its all well made for us people to struggle with this kinda stuff (is what i think).
