FINALLY was able to get a response to my support ticket I put in a week ago. Both on the appeals screen and message to my inbox stated it was TCS moderation. The other game was reinstated with no changes needed, but with my main game apparently it was due to “illegal content” It was a WATER BOTTLE.
My account was terminated TWICE for an APPROVED ASSET. Roblox permanently banned my account ([username]) TWICE for an asset approved by their moderation. On June 30th, 2025, my Roblox account was suddenly banned for an asset with no further information. On July 25th, 2026, the asset was approved, and the violation was removed. Almost 17 years since I created this account, it has been banned for no reason. No statement, no response from support after 2 months, my account I've had and shared memories with my late brother, is now gone forever. I sent countless emails, yes, through this page, and no, no response at all. Not even an AI telling me anything. Just a full on ban.
