Trademark Violation

So Roblox Banned me in 2022 for uploading an Adidas T-Shirt... Well, for context, i was pretty bored making an avatar so i decided to use and white torso and use a T-Shirt with the Adidas Logo. Everything good, and BAM. I got banned 5 minutes of doing it. I tried to appeal 3 times on the 30 days Limit but no response until it was too late. Is there any possible way to segway this into a possible unban? was banned nearly a year ago for enforcement bans, recently got a takedown so is there ANY possible chance i can turn it into an unban?

It's quite literally impossible for me to access the roblox shirts/pants that I made 10 years ago in a group that I'm no longer in and that I had deleted from my inventory. What am I supposed to do?

Not a ban but, why? I was using one of them adidas hoodies which means I’ll get banned if I keep on using my main avatar… wtf (this also ruined my first ever avatar that uses the same adidas hoodie)
