Violent Content and Gore

Why does Roblox just straight up ban you with no warning or anything when uploading an image? Is there anything I can do about this?

One of my team members had this accessory removed for "Violent Content and Gore." It says "admin abuse," a term Roblox uses themselves. ⚠️ He didn't notice until the 30-day appeal window closed, and this contributed to his permanent ban. Is there any way to appeal this?
