I appealed and said I never tried to refund robux or did any fraud because I never refunded robux from march 13th? Would I have to go to the bank to show proof or what do I do I think it’s over someone please help
I've explained my banned various times to Roblox support and X it's been 9 months and I Roblox support doesn't help anymore its useless X have also been useless but it's the only way I can get help. @user #roblox I just hope to see my account again one day.
Chargeback So... this is the problem. I bought the premium roblox of 10 dollars last year, and I had it like this until October 24 2024, when I decided to cancel it, I had also uploaded an item for sale since I took advantage of the fact that I had premium to do it, after a month (November 24) I was banned for chargeback, I tried to appeal and I even asked my mom for help since she is the owner of the bank account, however I only received answers with AI, and I also checked the history of the…
Is it possible that I could still get my account back? I think it has been a few months since I made an appeal, which was on January 22, 2026 (after 30 days). This was due to potentially fraudulent activity chargeback and the support team have not yet responded. No, I have not been spamming appeals because I know for sure they will either ignore me or send me a "We're unable to assist you further" message if I do that. Anyway, since the support team did not respond to my appeal I made a while…
Permabanned for chargeback I didn't intend to make So I know chargeback bans are usually seen as 100% your fault, and I get why Roblox is strict about it but I’m in a really frustrating situation and wanted to see if anyone else has some advice on this. I recently filed a fraud claim with my bank because there were actual unauthorized charges on my account. While trying to deal with that quickly, a broader set of transactions got included in the claim than I meant to, and some Roblox purchas…
Charge back suspension waited the 7 days and did everything and Account is still suspended Last Thursday on 3:45am when I was sleeping I got suspended for a chargeback I’ve never did so when I woke up I did the parents email thing and created my fathers account and linked it and verified it by using his id and face scan and then after that I submitted an appeal and waited the 7 days and checked today it’s still like this? I’m going crazy because this is my og account ive had for 10+ years and…
@user Please help me, I have paid for premium for 3 years and spent well over 300K robux on my account, and I've been banned with no way to fix it because my parents paypal was hacked / my brother did something and bought over $200 worth of robux.
getting my account back after 1 year of being banned in 2 days, am i really gonna get my account back after a year? i made appeals back then before 30 days... im still not sure if im going to be unbanned or what
P Now whatMy account has a suspension after refunding one dollar, And now it says that, in order to unlock it before the suspension, I have to get a parent account to unlock by first of all, I don't have a parent account.Second of all, I can't get to the settings because of the violation screen being all I see. And if itry to go through like their appeal part and then hit the settings whee it immediately sends me back to the violation screen. So what the hell am I supposed to do roblox. ( I ha…
Got suspended for a chargeback on a fraudulent purchase made on my account back in mid March I had a notification that a charge was made to my PayPal while I asleep, my mom had also gotten a notification about a charge. In total 3 charges were made but only one went through, we successfully had them all reversed and I was able to resecure my account, there were logins from the philippines (I live in Canada). 11k robux was on my account and I had used maybe a few hundred of it, when I woke up t…
Chargeback Appeal So today, my account on roblox was banned due to potentially fraudulent activity chargeback. This only happened because my account last month was literally hacked last month and someone used my Card to spend Robux on it and used it. I was told to call my bank since he had my card information and to order a new one. They told me they will disrupt the charge of my money. I have proof I was hacked and told them I could provide receipts. Ive seen people saying how a chargeback a…
Is this able to be unbanned? This was when i was really young my account got banned because i spent my moms money am i able to be unbanned?
What happened to my accont? Hi everyone, I’m really confused and nervous about my Roblox account. I recently got a message saying my account has a **7-day restriction** for a “chargeback,” with a warning that excessive chargebacks could lead to suspension or permanent closure. Here’s what happened: * I’ve spent a lot of money on my account over the years, including **Robux and Game Passes**. * Most of my purchases are with **gift cards I bought with cash**. * On **March 1**, I was playing a…
I got banned for disputed charges. Is it possible to get my account back after years? My account was banned in 2022 for disputed charges, but i’ve now discovered that if you recently now get banned for disputed/unauthorised charges, you either get a 1 year ban or have to “Ask a parent” to unlock it which i find totally unfair. I’ve been appealing this whole month after realising this and they keep rejecting me. Is there any other possible way or any way i can get a stronger chance of getting m…

HELP i was terminated for fraud falsely and roblox support isnt helping i use my godmothers card to buy premium and they changed premium to be a subscription based service and charged her card without asking first, shes currently in a different country and got her card stolen and the thief used it on 1000 aus dollars worth of things. because of that she contacted the bank and they refunded all of it including the subscription to premium because neither of us knew about it. i’ve contacted ro…
Banned for no reason Can somebody please help me get my account back I got banned for no reason it says chargeback but I never did one
Review got me banned longer. Update on my previous post () Tl;DR got banned after someone got in to my google and roblox accounts and used my cards to purchase robux, so I refunded it. After having my appeal reviewed, and without getting a response from roblox support, I was promptly moved from a 7 day ban (with two days left until the ban ended by the way) to a ONE YEAR SUSPENSION again, with absolutely ZERO response from Roblox support in a…
Dawg is Roblox just dumb?? Dude I thought I was done with all these problems from these morons. I went though a week or 2 of work getting my account back from hackers because Roblox didn’t help me and then they spent $50 and I got banned because I wanted my money back so I said fk it just refund my robux and keep the $50 and now I’m getting hit with another ban for “chargeback”. I literally paid it! I don’t even get an option to appeal it like what in the fk. What am I supposed to do now?
