Banned for 7 days for Disputing a charge with my bank after both my google and roblox were breached and someone tried using my saved cards to purchase Robux (I assume to trade themselves expensive items). I'm pretty upset about the 7 day ban, but mostly the 30 days without being able to buy Robux because I didnt even do anything wrong.

Guess im Cooked chat🤷‍♂️ Got Roblox premium on one of my parent's card(that I've previously bought roblox with before) and 1-2hrs later I get booted out of the game and I get this message. I know that their bank company could've denied the purchase but couldnt they just have taken the subscription and robux back? I think a permanent ban is completely over the top, especially if its my first time doing any sort of violation. Plus I've seen other people who've done wayy worse things than me lik…

WHAT DID I DO???? First thing I see on roblox is THIS. Didn't buy anything lately, all I did was change my display name a day ago. I already appealed and support has done NOTHING. It's been 3 days and I've been overthinking and freaking out about this because I didn't buy or do anything that day and I don't understand why I even got this ban in the first place. I'm angry and upset, and support has done nothing since 3 days. Please help.

Terminated for refund? So I'm gonna tell the whole story. On September 24th I bought 80 robux and spent them for an animation. In the beginning of October I was playing some game and saw that somehow I got extra robux. I thought why don't I refund them? October 4th, I sent a refund request on Google Play. 5th of October it got approved and as you can see at night october 9th I got banned for refund and potential fraudulently activity. I DIDNT thought it will terminate my account, but happened.…

Roblox banned me for a chargeback I didn't do It's been 2 weeks since I've been banned I've sent multiple emails with no responses from anybody, I checked my bank and it says I didn't even purchase anything on July 12th.

How long do appeals take? Ive sent about 2 appeals, and I haven’t gotten a single response despite me having clear evidence in the following emails sent to them, I dont recall appeals long ago didn’t take days upon weeks, but from what others say they do now. Whats the big deal all of a sudden?

Anyone Dealt With a Roblox Ban After a Refund? About four years ago, my Roblox account was terminated after I refunded a little over $29 through Apple’s “Request a Refund” system. At the time, I didn’t fully understand the consequences of initiating a chargeback or refund on purchases made within Roblox. Since then, I’ve appealed multiple times, one of my appeals was denied, and I currently have two support tickets open. One of them is still pending a response, and the other has been forwarded…
