I got banned from Roblox because of a chargeback, and I spent a lot of money on it, and I don't know what to do about it. Can someone help me?
Is there any way I can prevent this from happening? I bought some items a while ago that are now deleted, so I got a refund and then a warning popped up, and Roblox removed the remaining 20 Robux. no idea what to do
I just got banned from Roblox because of a friend who bought me two 500 Robux packs and now she refuses to take responsibility. She's avoiding me and won't even talk about it. I really don't know what to do. (Could you please translate the screenshots into English so others can see them?) Estoy muy triste
You guys… Does this mean im permanently banned? I already sent in an appeal. I honestly don’t know how to feel or react lmfao… it hasn’t hit yet 😭
I was banned after receiving a refund I was hacked a little over a week ago, and the hackers used my debit card to buy $80 worth of robux on my account and then transferred it to themselves via gamepasses. I was told by my bank to go through roblox first to request a refund, and so I did. Today I got an email stating my refund request was accepted, and should be processed and show up in my bank account in the next 5-10 days or something. I then went to log into roblox only to be hit with t…

rblx perma ban (had to repost bc i forgot to add the ban picture sorry!) hi! just looking for some insight on if i have a chance to get my account back my account got terminated for repeated refund requests but when according to the ai support people it’s for a chargeback with my bank before all of this i was talking to roblox support about the memberships changing and it ended with me asking for it to not be renewed and they told me once it ended it wouldn’t be renewed and that i didn’t n…
How screwed am I? I have no clue if it's worth going through MIDR or just wash my hands and get a new account.
Repeated Refund Requests Hi, I read the rules and I hope this doesn’t breach the “No Deserved or Intentional Ban” rule but my gf got her account deleted over “Repeated Refund Requests” and she told me she emailed them and asked for a refund for 2 items… I’m wondering if this is easy to counter or if I should just give up?
Can someone explain why asking for a refund is bannanle it says repeated refunds, but this is literally my first time ever asking for one? i forgot to cancel my premium subscription, and they banned me for it??
Uh…somehow got banned for an issue i was having? So for context back on March 16th, 2026 my old account was logged into followed by another email saying a receipt for a $49.99 purchase was made. Someone got onto my account and had bought robux on that account that was not me and i quickly took care of it. The roblox support was already giving issues to even get the refund. This took until March 30th, 2026 when i got an email saying it was actually refunded and took a few days to get the refu…
Is this a termination?? Or just a ban?? A bit of context on the matter: My account had been hacked along with my discord but i managed to recover it thankfully, only to find that i had been struck with a 2 week suspension because the guy uploaded nsfw as a badge or gamepass which resulted in said suspension, i requested an appeal and got denied twice back to back within the span of an hour, my friend dmd me on discord maybe 6 days after saying if id been terminated and i decided to check my a…
Update from my last post about my ban. I didnt get banned for the refund, is it apart of the ban yes but is it the ban itself no. I got banned for "Repeated Refund Requests" "Your account has been suspended for potentially fraudulent activity." now this goes back to the unauthorized purchase from both Jan 16-17 two charges from roblox for premium a day apart, you cant buy premium twice you have to wait until its over to buy it again. I made a ticket on Jan 29th, got a reply on Mar 7th,…
@user @user i got my account hacked on the start of this month (day 7), and the guy entered my account and wasted all my money into robux to give to other accounts. i made a appeal for a refund on the same day, and only today i got the refund. just to me open roblox and see this lol
Account permanently banned because I got a refund after I was hacked My ROBLOX account was hacked, hacker spent 300 dollars on the saved credit card on the account. I changed my credit card and told the bank to block further purchases from ROBLOX, but made sure not to file a fraud or dispute as I knew that would ban my account. I finally got the account back and after a week they also gave me half of my refund (submitted them in two tickets as the hacker kept spending after the first tic…
My account was wrongfully terminated Im at a loss rn and hoping someone might understand or have advice My account was first banned my account got hacked, stole $35 from my account and posted inappropriate images to my account ([username] posted that situation here previously). I got unbanned, and a refund was submitted. I wait for 3 weeks, then my refund is confirmed and I get my money back (the refund was for $31.81, but i got the full $35 back, this is unusual). Roblox ban my account for a year simply doing what I was told to do by their support team.
Got my acct permanently banned because I got my money back My Roblox account was hacked and they used my card on file to purchase 200$ of robux in 3 separate transactions. 2 times at 49.99 and once for 99.99. they then donated it all to random accounts which I have never donated ever. I have never bought that much robux at a time, the most was 19.99. Once I found out I went in and there were 2 locations like concord, USA and somewhere else, and logged out of every device. I changed my passwo…
What should i do? context: i started playing please donate around November 2nd where i got a 10k donation on my first day so i decided to go get 1k worth of robux, which i got a refund for it out of nowhere near the end of janurary. says the offensive item was from 2 months before i got banned which is nonsense aswell as the support team just telling me to look at the previous text but it does not explain nothing.
HELP ME PLS My account got banned and I really need help getting it back. The ban happened because of multiple refund requests. What actually happened is that my little sister used my card without me knowing and spent a lot of money on Robux. When I realized, I tried to fix it by requesting refunds, but it ended up getting my account banned. I have a lot of rare items on this account that I’ve spent a long time collecting, so losing it is really frustrating. I’ve already tried everything to…
Banned after getting refunded by support My account got hacked last month and the hackers bought robux in increments of 400 six times, I was told that instead of disputing with the bank I should contact support and wait for a refund first. They then gave me the refund but also banned me anyways??? Is there anything I can do or am I screwed? I dont think I did anything wrong I just got 6 refunds at once
Maybe one desban My ban was permanent, account deleted for account trafficking, but today when I tried to log in it said I was banned for 7 days and they changed the reason to a refund as well.
